At Tashas Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The item must be in resellable condition.

Certain items (such as intimate wear or clearance items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and final sale policies.
2. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value.

If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Defective or Wrong Items
