Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Tashas Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The item must be in resellable condition.

  • Certain items (such as intimate wear or clearance items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and final sale policies.

2. Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value.

  • If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.

  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tashaswear@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
