At Tashas Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • The product must be in resellable condition.

  • Certain items such as intimate wear or clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final sale policies.

2. Process for Returns/Exchanges

  • Email us at tashaswear@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
