At Tashas Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

The product must be in resellable condition.

Certain items such as intimate wear or clearance items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final sale policies.
2. Process for Returns/Exchanges

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
